Frequently asked questions
The questions people actually ask — and the honest answers.
How is this different from any other productivity app I'll abandon in two weeks?
It's not an app. There's no interface to learn, no buttons to click, no menus to navigate. You talk to your agent via Telegram, email, or voice — like texting a capable friend. And the system doesn't need your consistency to function. Ghost for a week, come back, no guilt. It picks up where you left off.
I've tried AI tools before and they didn't help. Why would this be different?
Most AI tools are generic — built for everyone, optimized for no one. This is a personal agent configured specifically for your brain, your patterns, your life. It knows your energy cycles, your avoidance patterns, and your priorities. It gets smarter over time. Six months in, it understands how you operate in ways no generic tool ever could.
I already use ChatGPT / Claude / Gemini. What makes this different?
Those are general-purpose chat tools — you ask a question, you get an answer, and then it forgets everything. A personal agent is persistent. It knows your business, your projects, your preferences, and your history. It connects to your actual tools — calendar, email, task manager, CRM — and takes action on your behalf. You're not copy-pasting between tabs. You're telling your agent "reschedule tomorrow's meetings and draft an apology email" and it just does it. And unlike those platforms, you own your data — it lives in your Obsidian vault, synced to your devices with end-to-end encryption. Nothing is locked in someone else's cloud. If you leave, you take everything with you. ChatGPT is a search engine you can talk to. This is a teammate that never clocks out.
Do I need to be technical to use this?
No. The whole point is that you talk to it in plain language. I handle the technical setup during the Transformation Sprint, and I teach you how it works as we build together. If something breaks, you tell your agent or you tell me. You don't need to touch any code.
What if it doesn't work for my specific situation?
The AI Life Audit is free and designed to figure that out before you pay anything. If we're not a fit, I'll tell you directly — no pressure, no upsell. You'll leave with clarity about what's actually breaking and what might help, even if it's not this.
How is this different from ADHD coaching?
ADHD coaching gives you strategies and accountability. This gives you a system that implements those strategies for you, 24/7. Your agent handles the executive function tasks that coaching tells you to do but your brain can't start — drafting emails, tracking tasks, managing your calendar, remembering the things you forget. Coaching and a personal agent complement each other well, but a personal agent doesn't require you to maintain consistency between sessions.
I'm a business owner. How can a personal AI agent help me?
The same way it helps individuals — but pointed at your business. Your agent can draft and send client follow-ups, manage your calendar, triage your inbox, prep for meetings, track invoices, update your CRM, and handle the admin work that eats your day. It connects to 250+ tools like Gmail, Slack, Stripe, Shopify, HubSpot, and Notion. The free AI Life Audit maps your specific workflows and shows you exactly where an agent can save you the most time. Most business owners get back 5-10 hours a week within the first month.
Is my data private?
Yes. Every client gets their own isolated workspace on a secured server — separate Linux user, application sandboxing, Tailscale private networking, and TLS encrypted connections. Your data syncs to your devices via Obsidian Sync, which uses end-to-end encryption (Obsidian themselves can't read it). Your data is never sold, shared between clients, or used to train AI models. Anthropic (the AI provider) processes conversation text but doesn't train on it and deletes it within 30 days. I do have server access for maintenance and support — that's the honest answer. Clients who need additional isolation and control can opt for a dedicated server with full disk encryption, SSH access, and root access. If you cancel, your data is preserved for 30 days, then permanently deleted. Your data is always on your local machine via Obsidian Sync — if you leave, you take everything with you.
Can I afford this? ADHD coaching is already expensive.
Starter is $147/month — significantly less than ADHD coaching ($400-800/month) or a virtual assistant ($800-2,000/month). And unlike coaching, the system works between sessions. It's not an hour a week of support — it's always-on. We also have a 2-week free trial with every plan so you can see if it works before you commit.
What's your refund policy?
If you're not completely satisfied, just tell your agent and you'll be issued a full refund for the current month and the previous month. No forms, no hoops, no guilt trip.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep everything. Your knowledge base, planner setup, notes — all exportable and already synced to your devices via Obsidian. There's a 30-day grace period after cancellation, then the server-side data is permanently deleted. The agent goes offline, but everything you built stays with you. No hostage situations, no data loss.
Do you work with kids and families?
Yes. The Family plan supports 2-4 members, each with their own agent and age-appropriate settings on a dedicated, isolated server — not shared with other clients. Kids under 14 get sandbox tiers that limit what the agent can access and do, and parents can receive daily or hourly activity reports. The family also gets a shared coordination board for household logistics — chores, schedules, school stuff.
Why should I trust you with something this personal?
Because I have the same brain. I was diagnosed with autism and ADHD in my forties after twenty years in software engineering wondering why I could architect complex systems but couldn't reply to a simple email. I built this system for myself first because nothing else worked. I use it every day. This isn't a product I'm selling — it's a system I live in.
What technology stack do you use?
Your AI agent runs on Claude (by Anthropic) through OpenClaw, an open-source agent framework. Task management and coordination run on Paperclip, also open source. Your knowledge base lives in Obsidian, synced to your devices with end-to-end encryption. The agent connects to 250+ third-party services through One — Gmail, Google Calendar, Slack, Stripe, Notion, Shopify, HubSpot, and more. The server runs Ubuntu Linux on Kamatera Cloud, secured with Tailscale private networking. Channels include Telegram, email (via AgentMail), and for Business tier, SMS/WhatsApp via Twilio, voice calls, Slack, and Discord. Business tier also includes SSH and root access on a dedicated machine with full disk encryption. The whole stack is built on open-source tools and portable formats. No proprietary lock-in.
How do I sign up?
There's a waiting list. Head to the Request Access page — you can message me on Telegram, fill out the form, or book a discovery call. Pick whatever feels right for you.
