Guides Installation guide Step 6 of 7

Meet your agent

This is the good part. Once your agent's folder is installed (the previous step), open your harness, start a new conversation, select that folder, and say hello. From there, your agent runs its own onboarding. You don't follow a checklist. You just talk, and it walks you through everything below.

Here's what to expect, so none of it is a surprise.

It introduces itself

Your agent says hello and asks what you'd like to call it. This is your agent, so the name is yours to pick, and it writes that down so it remembers who it is every time you come back.

It runs the AI Life Audit

This is how your agent gets to know you: a warm, one-question-at-a-time conversation across the main areas of your life. Your energy patterns, what tends to trip you up, what you're trying to make easier. It saves what it learns as a private report in your own knowledge base, so it keeps getting more useful over time.

The audit is for adults. The report is yours alone. Nobody else reviews it.

Life Orientation, if you want it

If you're burned out, frozen, or just lost right now, your agent can run a gentle Life Orientation session to help you get your bearings. It's optional. Skip it if you're feeling steady, or ask for it anytime later.

Your first check-in and planner

To finish, your agent does a quick check-in and helps you set up your planner. This is the everyday rhythm: it asks how your energy is, and gives you a short menu of things you could do, sized to where you actually are.

An offer to keep itself tidy

Your agent may offer to set up a nightly routine that keeps your knowledge base and memory in order while you sleep. You can say yes now or set it up later. There's a separate guide for scheduled tasks when you're ready.

There's no wrong way to do this. If you get tired partway through, stop. Your agent remembers where you left off and picks it back up next time you start a conversation in that folder.

Stuck or need help?

Send a message and it comes straight to me. Tell me where you got stuck and I'll write back.

Rather have it done for you?

If following the steps yourself isn't how your brain works today, that's fine. On a Zoom call you share your screen and hand me control, and I set it up for you, right there on your own computer. You watch it come together and end the call with a working setup, nothing left on your plate.
