Installation guide
Free, and written for brains like yours: one step per page, plain language, no jargon dumped on you. By the end you'll have your own AI agent running on your own computer, and you'll have done it yourself.
What you'll need: a laptop, about twenty minutes, and a card for one AI subscription. That's it.
What it costs, up front
So nothing surprises you partway through: the Divergent Starter Pack is a one-time $77. You'll need it at step 5, but you can grab it now if you're ready. Your AI subscription is separate, about $20/month on whichever provider you pick.
Do these in order. Each one hands off to the next.
Choose your harness
Codex or Claude Code? A quick decision aid. Codex is the easier ride; Claude gets you the strongest models.
Get your AI subscription
Pick a ChatGPT or Claude plan. The $20/month tier is plenty to start.
Install the harness
Install the Codex or Claude Code desktop app. No terminal on Mac or Windows.
Install Git
A required prerequisite. One-time setup, and the guide makes it painless.
Get the pack & install it
Buy it, download the zip, attach it to a chat in your harness, and ask it to install your agent.
Meet your agent
First launch: your agent introduces itself, runs the AI Life Audit, and sets up your planner.
You're set: what now
What you can do from here, where to get help, and where to go next.
Stuck at any point? Send a message. Happy to help you over the line.
Stuck or need help?
Send a message and it comes straight to me. Tell me where you got stuck and I'll write back.
Rather have it done for you?
If following the steps yourself isn't how your brain works today, that's fine. On a Zoom call you share your screen and hand me control, and I set it up for you, right there on your own computer. You watch it come together and end the call with a working setup, nothing left on your plate.
Pick a time below. No pitch, no pressure, no homework beforehand.
